Weather app won't update on my Versa Lite

Random, no idea why it's stopped working. Watch is paired with phone.

Hi @Tàdvexed - the watch needs to be paired with the Fitbit App in order to sync but also to be able to connect. If it can't do that then it can't get updates.

A useful remedy is to restart both watch and phone.

Hi there, @Tàdvexed. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the weather app. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!

If the weather is still not updating please check the following settings:

• Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
• The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Last but not least, may I know what kind of issues you were having with your Versa 3? Did you manage to solve them? Were they syncing issues?
