Hey there @LINDA77, it's nice to see you around here! On Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa, you can log your water intake from your watch. For other Fitbit devices, log water in the Fitbit app or on the fitbit.com dashboard.
Additionally, I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit by following these steps.

I'm confused as to why the Versa has a water tile and logging capability from the watch, but the Versa 2 (the more current and more expensive version I have purchased) Does not? This was one of the main purchasing points for me and alot of cheaper smart watches (around the £30 mark) do this for free without the big price tag and additional premium subscription. Is there any assurance that this will be in the next update? I've been looking through the forums and I'm not the only one who feels it definitely should have been a (simple) feature already.
