I have the FitBit Iconic (version 27.33.1.30) and on the main watch's screen, the weather shows --- Not Available. When I go into the weather app, the correct data is there, just not on the main watch face.
In the weather app, it has all permissions checked.

Hello @MPtacek4, was your watchface designed by Fitbit?
If not you probably should contact the developer of the watchface.
Recently Yahoo discontinued their weather API which affected many clock faces on the ionic and Versa.

Welcome on board @MPtacek4! Have you checked and tried what my friend @Rich_Laue suggested? If the clock face with the weather is from a Third-Party. For future references, with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations.
To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
If you're with the default Weather app from Fitbit, to set up the Weather app:
If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:
If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. To change the units used for the temperature in the Weather app:
Let us know the outcome!

There is a Fitbit weather app, but no there is not a Fitbit watch face that displays the weather.
I like the he Beacon Face and they fixed the yahoo problem by going to a different weather server.
Beacon is a simple face with hands but highly configurable. I'm not sure why it is upside down but every aspect is configured.
Or for e minimalist

Thanks for getting back @MPtacek4! If the weather for your current location doesn’t appear, check that you turned on location services for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I allow the Fitbit app to use my phone's GPS?
Something that happened to me was that changes done on the Fitbit app on my iPhone were not being synced with the Charger 3. So, I tried General>Reset>Reset Location & Privacy on my iPhone, and then everything started working. So, it's fixed and I can start seeing the Weather on my 'Location'.
My friend @Rich_Laue is right. There is a Fitbit weather app, but no there is not a Fitbit watch face that displays the weather. But you can try his advice to see if that works for you.
