Which fit bit model would be the best for playing golf. Its only old information on the web.

Or isnt this application interesting from fitbit side.

I'm not sure which of the 7 Golf apps that pop up with a search @Tokul. None of them written by Fitbit. 

Tap on the App in question, then tap devices, you will see a list of supported models. For some apps, the difference is only in the screen resolution
