After reading the Weather App Woes, I endured similar since receiving my Ionic yesterday. I have a 950XL Duel Sim Windows 10 Mobile.  

 

After testing Weather with no success I went to my phone:

1. SETTINGS 

2. THEN SEARCH FOR LOCATION

3. Make sure LOCATION is turned on.

4. You will Then have a list of all apps that use location

5. FItbit App tap to enable LOCATION.

 

I did this then opened the Fitbit app as it began to sync a LOCATION CIRCLE appeared at to top of the screen for a second then disappeared. I wen to my Ionic after sync and my Weather on my Clock face was working, I then went to Weather App at first still sayin no location go setup I went back to the phone Fitbit app and before I could go to Apps and check, the Weather App appeared on my Ionic Screen with accurate location weather.

 

Ionic syncs to location of phone to update its location for Weather.

Thanks for posting, @Kokkos.  Having Location Services enabled is necessary for a number of functions, including Weather updates.
