clock face options on Charge3

I just set up my Charge 3. I can't find where and how to change the clock face.  I looked on YouTube and in forums. One had instructions for changing it from phone app, but I don't have the same things on my screen, and another person said so as well.  One had instructions to put it in charger then push the side button for 8 seconds. I got the smiley face then blank screen. Please help, and be specific.

To change your clock face: 

1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab  > your profile picture > your device image.
2. Tap Clock Faces  > All Clocks.
3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.
4. Sync your device to see the change.
