Hi @mario09ath and welcome to the forums. I’ve moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery where others with issues with third party apps may have suggestions for you.
In you posting, are you referring to the FitFace clock face? If so, that was developed by a third party, not by Fitbit. On any watch face not developed by Facebook, there is a link to Contact Developer. In this case, they provide an email address. It is
support@fitface.xyz
I would first try changing to a different clock face. Wait a bit, then switch back to FitFace. See if that helps. If it does not, then contact the developer.
