weather doesn’t synch consistently without restarting fitbit

I have checked all similar posts and have verified location is set to always, background synch is checked, fitbit app and versa is up to date and yet most of the time I have to restart to update the weather.  I have already reset and reinstalled.  I also looked for other weather apps without success. Anything else I should try?

Hi @Dadnat - if you have specified multiple cities in weather try removing them and use current location, sync and see how that goes.

Thanks @Guy_    I only have current location selected. I have not specified any cities

@Dadnat- thanks, which watch and phone do you have? For iOS phone try changing the Location Access from “while using the App” to “Always”

@Guy_ Iphone 11 and versa 4. Setting for fitbit location is already on “Always”.
