I spend a lot of my time the groups and haven't always focused on helping people in the forums but I must say that as a somewhat old timer in the Fitbit community I like this system and it is nice to get a little positive reinforcement through a "vote" or an "accepted solution" and through ranking up. Good idea Fitbit!

Thank you for the explanation. I saw I was a jogger and wondered where that came from as I'm far from a jogger. LOL

Totally makes sense now. 🙂

Hi @FitbitCommunity , I do not help users to get a high/higher ranking, but what I do not understand is the way this works. F.i. I have 328 messages, 102 votes and 11 best answers and I'm a Runner. I noticed that a lot of other members with less votes and half of the best answers (or less) and about the same amount of posts are already a Hill runner. To be clear again, I do not mind about the ranking perse, I just want to help users. Hoping to get a satisfactory answer to my question, regards kuzibri.

BTW, I have read the "ranking system post" and the way it (should) work(s), therefore I perfectly know that the amount of posts is not important in the  ranking system.
