I've had a very spammy private message here in the community forums and I'd like to report this person for being generally annoying and possibly violating some community guidelines.
Does anyone know if there is a specific way to do that?

Fitbit: blocking spam after the event is a probably not the solution.
You have to find out how they are mass PMing the community. I got the same sunglass spam.

@OldPup Yes, this user has been removed, and the PM should be gone. If you're still seeing it in your Community Inbox, please let me know.

I've tried sending a message to the two moderators in this thread, but I'm not able to.
I received a "friend" request from an Amber C. but her about me says:

there is a Report link function, but you have to open the message before you can see it. Click on the Subject to open the message and then scroll down to the bottom of the message to see the report button. In this particular Spam message the only part of the Subject line that is visible is a very small apostrophe, which you must click on to open the message:

A few days ago, I noticed two people I'd never heard of had accepted my friend request. I removed them but then more people accepted my request. I then noticed that the bio text on my account had been replaced with a link to what I assume is a Russian porn site. I immediately realised my account had been hacked and changed my password.
Since then I have started getting multiple friend requests from other people I've never heard of, and I can see they have the same link to the shady 'sexy' Russian website in their bio information.
This makes me think there have been multiple breaches of people's accounts by the same hacker/group and I want to draw it to someone's attention.

I don't see a report link in the email.
Also, my name in the community 31thin, is not a name I've given myself, nor the name on my profile. What is up with that?

I've been receiving these as well. They don't use the same name all the time. I've received these invites from male, & female spammers. Their mission is the same. BE CAREFUL who you accept when you get a friends request!

The spammer has been using more than one name. I've received invites from male & female. Prior to accepting I checked out their profile page. Their mission is the same. This has been going on prior to today.

thanks,

@michome no need to post the screenshot, we have records and have passed this on to our team. Thanks for your report. Obviously, you should ignore this request.

I don't have Facebook and hadn't used the app or logged into the website in a long time. This morning I received 3 emails from people I don't know accepting my friend requests. This is clearly not due to anything I've done and it's quite concerning.

So do we need to report these friend requests from spammy accounts? If so, HOW do we report them?

Hi,
I have posted somewhere else several days ago about me getting replies to friend requests that I'm not making. So far 7 people have accepted these fake requests.
I looked at my profile today and I found this:
I obviously didn't put that there and I assume Fitbit didn't either. The hack may be just to get people into that website or it may be something way more nefarious. Since I posted the other day I haven't seen any reply by anyone at Fitbit.
Someone needs to reply to this and tell us why we shouldn't cancel our account.
Other users should be especially worried if they have linked their tweeter or facebook (which I haven't).
Best regards,
-a
