Although we hope you don't choose to close your Community account, you can leave the Community and close your account at any time. This action is permanent, and cannot be undone. After your account is closed, all associated votes, solutions, and ranks will be deleted. Your Fitbit.com account will remain active, and is not affected by this action. If you later choose to re-join the Community, you will need to again select a forum username and begin with a new Community account.
To close your Community account, go to Fitbit.com or choose Desktop view from your phone, choose your picture from the drop-down menu at the top-right and go to Settings.
This will lead to your "Personal" Settings page, where you can choose "Close Account." Follow the on-screen instructions from there to proceed.
