Where did you get your Fitbit? If you got it at a shop in Berlin, then the people who you bought it from might be able to help unless you were at a thrift shop or something.

I believe it goes by your location. 

Can you order it from Fitbit or Amazon? 

I know of a store in Berlin, New Jersey, United States, but I think this may be a different Berlin then the one being asked about.

Yes. Many of the main sport stores sell them and electrical retailers. I’m in Berlin so check out Media Markt, Saturn, Karstadt Sport, SportScheck. I know that these store sell them.
