I've been having a problems for Months on this. The App won't let me upload a profile picture. I'm trying to change it but the picture is still the same! What is wrong with the App?

Hi @VersaGirl 

 

Which phone do you have? IOS, Android..? Make sure the latest Fitbit App version is installed. Have you tried changing your profile picture on the computer?

 

On Fitbit.com after logged into your account, from the dashboard, click your avatar picture icon in the upper right corner of the screen to open your profile page.

By your avatar picture (above your name), click the camera icon to change your picture.

Yes, I've tried all of that. I have an Huawei H1611.
