Is there someway to "shut off" or unsubscribe to email notifications when someone replies in a thread that either I have started or responded in?  I am getting probably 20 - 30 emails everyday on the Force and I want it to stop!  Thanks!

How do I block/not get notifications from posts I've commented on? I made a comment and now I'm just getting all these push notifications and it's annoying.

How do I stop receiving notifications from people who comment on a post I have commented on in the past? Highly annoying.
