7 min abs working disappeared

I recently purchased the Fitbit Versa last week and I used the 7 min ab workout on the Coach only once and I LOVED IT!

But now it only shows personalized workouts that I don't want or need. I have been looking at Fitbit community messages from last year and I have tried the suggested things to do to get the ab workout back. Can anyone help me out? Is there any information that is more recent that could fix the problem?

Hi, can you tell me what the ab workout exactly does/is? Thanks!

So what I can remember is that there are different plank exercises but that is all I can remember. There was also some sort of leg twists or body twist things. I hope this helps as I can't remember everything.

Hi, thanks for info. What does ab mean, e.g. where does it stand for. Is it an abbreviation?

Hey @KatMSkip, welcome to the Community. @SunsetRunner and @WendyB thanks for the input.

If you don't have a Coach account you're going to see the 3 static workouts such as 10 Minutes abs, 7 minute workout and treasure chest.

If you have Coach account but no Premium Membership, it will show you 1 personalized program session workout and 2-3 recommended workouts that will change periodically during syncs. You can learn more about it by checking this post More Fitbit Coach Workouts on Ionic & Versa.

Let me know if you need anything else. Smiley Wink
