I read through a bunch of inquiries and the replies. The replies are all the same. "We are taking your comments into consideration". Are you really? Nothing has changed in a year. You are still discriminating against people who do not have a credit card. This makes a fee trial not exactly free since you can't have it without a credit card. I really wanted to try the Premium to see if it was of any value but without a credit card you have that impossible. Very disappointed.
