Premium free trial

I just bought FitBit Charge 6 from Amazon.  The description lists 6 month free premium trial. When setting up tracker, it shows 3 month free trial, as does the app receipt.  Then, the welcome email says 6 month free trial.  Which is it, 3 or 6?
