I set up the Premium from my wife's account but I need to to be my email address. Can I cancel my current Premium account and set it up again or can I just change the email address anywhere?

I haven't heard of any such option to just change the email of the Premium service. Usually Premium is tied to a specific account, which you can change the email for but that would make the account belong to your wife instead of you.
