I do not have Premium but my credit card is being charged $118.64 every year. We purchased (2) Charge 5 in 2023. I deleted my husband's fitbit account a few months ago because his watch stopped working. Why is my credit card being charged?

Hi @KM123456, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with this charge on your credit card that you didn't consent.
It may be possible that you received a trial version of the Premium service when you purchased these trackers in 2023. If you agreed at that moment, it may be possible that the automatic renewal was activated by default.
On the other hand, please note that deactivating the account won't necessarily cancel the subscription.
With that said, you'll need to manage your Fitbit Premium subscription.
In addition, i'm sharing our help article What should I know about Fitbit Premium? for more details about this topic.

Here is what I get when I try to manage my Fitbit Premium subscription. It looks like I'm being charged even though my subscription has expired.
