Two year old fitbit versa 4 died and I want to cancel fitbit premium paid through Apple. It expires September 2026.
I did not purchase a new Versa 4 as it would only be supported until September2027. I now have an Apple watch and fitness plan. How do I get refund as I would have gladly stayed if the versa 4 was still working.

Hello @Jnblyth, it's nice to see you back in the Community!
I completely understand your frustration, it’s disappointing when a trusted device stops working.
Regarding your Fitbit Premium subscription: Since you purchased it through Apple, the billing is managed entirely by them. To request a refund and manage your cancellation, you will need to follow these steps:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Select "I'd like to" then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund (in this case, your device is no longer functional) and select the Fitbit Premium charge.
Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for subscriptions and services directly. For this reason, the only possible option is to request it through Apple services.

Hi EstuardoFitbit
I went on to the Apple site and I have confirmation of the charge for Fitbit for one year but when I go to apple subscriptions to ask for a refund that charge is not shown. So there is no way I can ask Apple for a refund.
The Bottom line is, Fitbit charged for a one year subscription, the Versa 4 failed and no longer works, and although I can cancel the subscription, I cannot ask for a refund from Fitbit or Apple. So I have to pay for something that I can no longer use through no fault of my own and not get a refund. Also I did not replace the Versa 4 as it looks like its life is coming an end.
Any other suggestions on what to?
