I tried Fitbit premium for a week and didn’t get any value. Unfortunately, after a year of no use, it renewed without warning. And now it says it’s “not refundable”. Meaning, I am stuck paying for a year of a service I will not use (and never used).
How can a company doesn’t not return your money after one hour if you send a message that you have not and will not use the service?
It seems so unethical.
Fitbit has become a brand I will speak against from now on. Build on unethical practices.
