Beginner running program not working - Versa 2

I added the beginner running program onto my app and it only worked for one day and now it doesn't work. When I click on it, it gives me a "we're having problems connecting to our server. Please try again" message. I get the same message when I try to access the beginner running program from the Discovery tab. I see that it is in progress but it won't open. I tried to open the other guided programs and they are working just fine. What's the deal?

I have an Android Samsung Galaxy S7.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app a couple of times and the problems still persist. Has anyone had the same problem and do you have a fix?
