Hi, 

i recently bought a new fitbit sense from an online market place. While i was trying to activate the free trial i was told "not possible with that credit card" (or something like that). 

 

So i switched payment method to paypal and process seemed to go through fine. 

Anyhow i just noticed that instead of the free trial period i have a normal subscription running which will be billed next month already. 

Could i please get the premium trial period of 6month as it´s stated at the watch package please?

Hi @Ancillalupus  you'd have to get with customer service. These are the community forums where members help members. Fact is, most every place offering a trial will take your credit card and begin billing you after the free period, unless you cancel. Most streaming services do the same.

You´ve got me wrong on this. I am totally fine with being billed _after_ the promised free trial period. 

My CC was not accepted, so i switched payment method and got immidiently billed without a trial period. i am running on a normal premium abo mode now.

Did  you try getting the free trial before pairing your Fitbit Sense?  If the Fitbit device you purchased indicates that it includes a trial to Fitbit Premium, but you are currently a Fitbit Premium member, then you must cancel your Premium subscription in order to be able to activate the trial. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll see an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial. For instructions on how to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription, see How do I manage or cancel my Fitbit Premium subscription?

Your Sense must have been purchased through an Authorized retailer. For a list of Fitbit authorized resellers, visit https://fitbit.com/global/us/partners/retailers
