My partner accidently declined the 6 months free premium offered with his new charge 5 can he change his mind?

It's great that your partner got the Charge 5 and even though the Premium offer prompt was declined, he can still start the free trial with the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone
  2. Tap the You tab at the bottom of the screen
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your trial, and follow the instructions to subscribe
