I was a former member of Fitbit premium with coaching. I had to stop and now I am ready to get back with the coaching program. I did sign back up. I got my plan but now I have a completely different coach and she has not reached out to me. I have been an active member of coaching now for a week with no response from any coach. I called customer service requesting to be back with my former coach, Y ShannonG because she was amazing and got in touch with me daily even several times a day. The Fitbit customer service said they put in the request but it had to go to the back office and I should hear something soon. It's been a week now. Can I please have my old coach back?

I think @Hadden8176 is talking about Fitbit Premium + Health coaching. This service provides a personal coach (here).
I don't think anyone here will be able to help in this case (being a user forum), so contacting customer support is the best option.
