I recently bought a yearly Premium membership that doesn’t expire until May 13, 2022. My FitBit App is still showing that I can try for Premium 6 months, which I just finished doing. The “FirBit Premium” has disappeared from the top of my app. I have tried the suggested fixes in previous posts, but it hasn’t worked. Any help would be appreciated.

I get an error code 1018 when I try to do the 6 month membership trial.

Just an update. I did the online chat with Fitbit and was told to contact Apple. I contacted Apple and am getting a refund for the purchase. I am now purchasing premium directly through Fitbit, so this should fix the problem.
