Can't access Wellness report

Hi, I cannot access the wellness report. It has been generated but just keeps showing as downloading and I have never received this.

@Emmy.R @SouthernTippi Hi there. Thank you for the details shared. 

 

Please try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Force quit it > clear cache (if you have an Android phone) 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in 

- Download the report again

This did not work for me, I also tried to reinstall the app but still I can not download the wellness report. Why is there no other way to get the report? What should I do next?
