Can't activate Premium trial offered with Luxe

Hi,
 
I bought a new device (luxe) that should come with a 6-month premium subscription. If I go to the premium tab however, I can't seem to activate this period, stating I'm not applicable for a free trial. Do you think you can help me solve this problem?

@Bas_ Do you already have a free trial activated from another device? Or are you already paying for Premium? You can double check your Premium by following these steps:

 

  • Tap on your profile photo in the upper left hand corner of the app
  • Tap Account Settings
  • Then tap Manage Subscriptions

This will open up to your Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions and should tell you if you have Premium activated. This is what mine looks like:
