Thanks for bringing this to our attention; let's start working to get this resolved.
The first thing you need to know is that even if you cancel the Premium subscription, the Premium features will remain on the app until you reach the expiration date. By canceling the subscription, you only avoid being charged automatically.
With that said, keep in mind that subscriptions are purchased through the app provider (App Store or Google Play Store), so you need to go to the payments and subscription settings of each app provider and cancel the subscription from there, not from the Fitbit app.
