Can’t log to Fitbit Coach app

Hello, I can’t log in to the Fitbit Coach app. Every time it says there is an error. I have reinstalled it twice. I do not wish to login via Facebook. When will this be fixed?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I recommend trying to log using "Login with Email" and manually log your email address and password.

Not sure what you mean, you can only log in via Fitbit, Fitstar or Facebook.

If you are not seeing this option, I recommend trying to reset your password on both fitbit.com and coach.fitbit.com, then uninstall  and reinstall the Fitbit Coach app.

I have tried that. It does not work!
The options are to login via Fitbit,Fitstar or Facebook. When I put my Fitbit email and password in it’s says there is a validation error. I changed the password. I reinstalled both apps twice. It still does not work.
Have you not seen how many complaints there are about this issue?
How can this still be a problem 1 year on!
This is the last time I purchase Fitbit.

Has this been resolved? I get exactly the same validation error and we are nearly at the end of 2019 now....

same here.. have reset password on fitbit and coach, reinstalled apps but still get err msg "invalid email or password".

This does not work either. I tried logging in  manually as you. I tried it many times but this also does not function.

None of your suggestions works. Since I can't access the  premium workouts I'm cancelling my subscription. I'm tired waiting and getting promises that this problem will be fixed but nothing is happening.

Fitbit Coach shut down on July 30, 2021. Fitbit Coach workout content is now available in the Fitbit app, allowing you to use one app going forward. Access a variety of workouts and a range of additional features with a Fitbit Premium membership in the Fitbit app.

I still can't access Fitbit Premium workouts on my Windows device. I can't even see them even though I successfully downloaded the app I'm not seeing all features.
