Hi there,
I want to cancel my premium subscription which I purchased on the Fitbit website when buying the tracker.
On the community, you say that in order to cancel a subscription purchased through the website it’s best to contact customer support directly. I’ve tried to do it by following the link you attach but there is no way to contact them.
can you provide me with a number or email so I can get it solved?

From a Moderator: "you need to do the following procedure to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription:
> your profile picture.
Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "

Thanks for the answer.
As I mentioned, I had purchased the subscription through the website when placing the order for the tracker. Therefore, I cannot cancel the subscription within the app. And FYI, not like it would change things, but I have an iPhone not an Android phone.
For people in situations like mine (subscription purchased through the website when buying the product), people on the community advise to contact fitbit customer support, but there is no number nor an email, which I can use to contact them. Could you please let me know what I can do to finally reach them?

Hi @Davidmaxy it does look like the best way is to contact support. If your local support is open then their will be a phone number listed. We also have Twitter which seems to get the fastest reply.
Twitter is also the fastest way to receive updates to any issues that pop up.
