Cancelling Premium Subscription

Hi,

I need help please to cancel the premium membership on my Fitbit that appears to be active in the app but when I go to manage subscription and then tap cancel subscription there are no subscriptions to be found. I’m frustrated as I will be billed on the 19th October not being able to cancel what was supposed to be a 6 months trial!

I ordered premium Fitbit apparently on the apple App Store but I don’t know how to cancel it… through there? 🤷🏻‍:male_sign:☹️

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jafomar. I'll be happy to assist with your Fitbit Premium cancellation query. 

If you purchased your subscription in the Fitbit app. To cancel your subscription or check membership details:

  1. From the Today tab >  in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture.

  2. Tap Fitbit Settings > Fitbit Premium. Your membership details are listed on this page.

  3.  
    To cancel your subscription, tap Cancel membership at the bottom of the page. This will take you to your phone’s app store subscription management page.

If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription, but don’t have access to it, restore your subscription purchase:

  1. From the You tab >  in the Fitbit app, tap Get Fitbit Premium.

  2. At the bottom of the page, tap Restore Purchase. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your subscription.
