Hi,
I need help please to cancel the premium membership on my Fitbit that appears to be active in the app but when I go to manage subscription and then tap cancel subscription there are no subscriptions to be found. I’m frustrated as I will be billed on the 19th October not being able to cancel what was supposed to be a 6 months trial!

I ordered premium Fitbit apparently on the apple App Store but I don’t know how to cancel it… through there? 🤷🏻:male_sign:☹️

If you purchased your subscription in the Fitbit app. To cancel your subscription or check membership details:
From the Today tab > in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture.
Tap Fitbit Settings > Fitbit Premium. Your membership details are listed on this page.
If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription, but don’t have access to it, restore your subscription purchase:
From the You tab > in the Fitbit app, tap Get Fitbit Premium.
At the bottom of the page, tap Restore Purchase. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your subscription.
