Hi,
I am unable to activate fitbit premium on my kids new Inspire 3. He is 14 and we were able to set up the tracker no problem. But the tracker came with a 6 month subscription to fit bit premium that we are unable to activate. the subscription is free but you have to enter payment (which I guess is restricted in Family Link?).
Any ideas on how to activate the subscription?
Thanks!

Welcome on board, @MtnDragonfly.
I'm glad to hear that your son has a new Inspire 3, and thanks for the rest of the information. I'd like to explain that Premium can only be activated on standard accounts, as child accounts don't support those features.
I'm sorry if this causes an inconvenience and what you can do is use his Fitbit account without parental controls so you can get the offer to start the free trial. I'd recommend this help article where you can find more information.
