The Wellness Report is no longer available on my Premium and Charge 6. This was a most helpful report to augment medical records. Downloading data is not helpful. Please reinstate the data summary report asap. Helpful if one can select the required timeframe (month, quarter, year).

Hello @SallySJ and welcome to the Community. @gdio53 This question is for you, too. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Can you describe the path you are taking to get to your Wellness Report? I use an iPhone and have two paths that go to my request:
- Tap on the You icon at the bottom of the screen > tap on the View on the Membership benefits tile > Wellness Reports at the bottom of the page
- Tap on the gear icon/profile picture in the upper right of you mobile app > tap on Fitbit Premium > Wellness reports at the bottom of the page
I got my Wellness Report in less than ten minutes. My Notifications icon didn't change, but the notification was there. There might be an Android app issue if you can't get your results.
@SallySJ Your Wellness Report can only report the previous 30 days, ending yesterday. You can't request any other time frame.

I tried to get my report, the app says the report has been requested and it could take 10 minutes to get the file, but it never arrives.

I'm on Android, and have the same two paths to request the report.
I never received a push notification like I did in prior months for the report, but I did find it in the notification screen!

Happy New Year from Vancouver Canada to the 3 helpful people in Maryland! Thank you for your help. I use iPhone and charge 6. I found the report as instructed, it downloaded in seconds, notification received, report printed, and it’s full of great metrics including 12 month averages. I thought I’d looked everywhere and even contacted customer support chat so they will also benefit from your knowledge sharing. Much appreciated.
