I changed my Apple ID and now I can’t remember which previous ID I used it for fitbit premium subscription. In this case how can I unsubscribe my fitbit Premium? or at least is it possible to tell me which apple id’s email link to my fitbit premium subscription?

@RTJJ Thanks for sharing this with us. I was checking with our team and it seems you already have a case opened with them. Please keep an open communication with them so you can receive further assistance.

As a side note, I'd also suggest checking with Apple directly as they most likely have information of all your accounts and the subscriptions linked to each of them. You can find their contact details here.
