Change credit card for subscription

For days now I have tried to get into my subscription information so I can change my credit card information and get the following error message:

Oops! Something's not right...

We're experiencing an internal server problem. Please try again later or contact customer support.

I have tried going through my Google account and it says I have no subscriptions. It appears the only way to do any kind of direct communication is through this forum. All prior discussions appear to be before Fitbit was bought by Google.  I for one have not been happy with the changes and am considering a different device despite being a loyal customer for a

Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation of the error message you're getting when trying to change the credit card information.

Can you please confirm if you followed all the steps described in this article: Manage or cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription on the Google Store

If yes and it still didn't work, please try to do the following:

  1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions on Google Play.
  2. Select the subscription you want to update.
  3. Tap Manage > Update
  4. To update your payment method, follow the on screen instructions.
