Charged automatically for Premium Free trial

I recently got a new phone and I noticed that the fitbit app was again offering me a free 90 day trial for fitbit premium. I signed up under the knowledge I could cancel my trial so i wouldn’t have to pay a subscription. However a few seconds later I was notified that I had been charged €79.99 for an annual subscription and I had no way of getting my money back. Is there any way I can get a refund as I am 16 years old and cannot afford to lose €80 on a feature that I did not know I was paying for.

@ailishmchugh Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for sharing your experience with Fitbit Premium trial.

Fitbit Premium trials are available to anyone that's new to the Fitbit Premium. Take into consideration that this is activated per account not by mobile device.

Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable, however, you could contact Apple, sometimes they offered refunds.

Hope this helps.
