Charged for Fitbit Premium after canceling

My fit bit subscription expired on June 20.  I have cancelled it.  I have since been charged  $9.99 for a monthly subscription 

 

i am done with the runaround with you people and I want to stop getting charged

I see where your disappointment is coming from. I'd like you to make sure these steps have been performed to cancel your subscription. If the subscription was purchased through your phone default store, double check you're logged into the same account used when subscribing.
