Hello! I was charged for my a free premium subscription plan upgrade and have questions.
From reading here in the forum it seems that you're replying to other threads saying that if I was a previous member of Fitbit premium, regardless if It says free premium 6 months subscription on the box, i don't qualify for the free premium upgrade on a brand new product?
If this is so, why do I have a receipt that says I was charged $0 from Google Play? But on my credit card I was charged. I didn't notice for several months.
I will be contacting consumer protection in Canada if somebody doesn't let me know how to get my refund. I've looked and it's very hidden.
The fact is here, I always check the receipts that I'm given after checking out, because it said zero I didn't think to go further and look to see if I was charged. I would have immediately canceled.

Based on what you've mentioned, I'd suggest getting in touch with the official provider of your cell phone applications as the charge was made through their platform. Just so you know, we don't provide all of the subscriptions ourselves, which is why I'm recommending this.
