Hello

I bought a charge 5 and followed the in app prompt to activate my free 6-months premium trials. 
I was charged immediately and the next monthly payment is already set up. How to I fix this and get my free 6 months?

Update:

I managed to get in contact with Fitbit support through twitter. The problem has now been resolved and the wrongful payment has been reimbursed.
The support staff were very helpful and clear in the communication, and all issues were addressed surprisingly quick (within a few days).

I was informed that the issue that caused the bypass of my free trial was because we have active premium subscriptions on my family sharing account, which automatically messed with the trial due to the shared billing.
