Did not get Free Fitbit Premium

I just bought a new Versa 2 watch and expected it to come with a free year of premium just like my Inspire watch, however, there are only the options to pay for a year or monthly when I log into the app. Other posts shared similar issues and I tried all the recommended troubleshooting methods to no avail. How do I access the free premium trial?

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community.  I just looked at the US Fitbit Store.  The current listing doesn't say anything about a free year of premium.  It lists a year of premium and an extended warranty for a reduced price.  Fitbit changes these offers from time to time.  Does your box say it includes the free year?  Does your order say it includes a free year?  Please contact Support if you should get the free year.
