Error message on Premium

When I select applications, then premium, I receive this message: UH-OH. We've lost you.

We cannot find the page you're looking for. Is there a typo in the url?" 

 

I have a new Charge 4 and trying to activate the premium function.

@StayWild Welcome to the Community. It's great to hear that you have a Charge 4. 

 

Thanks for letting me know the error message that you're receiving when subscribing to Premium. I would like you to follow this procedure to subscribe to Premium: 

 

  1. If Fitbit Premium is available in your region, you'll see a Premium tab in the Fitbit app. Tap the Premium tab. 
  2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your free trial, and follow the instructions to purchase.
