Fitbit premium needs to build in accessible workouts for seniors and people who live with limitations that keep them from performing at the levels of 30 and 40 year olds. As the mean age for tech-savvy people increases, Fitbit is excluding more and more people from their offerings.

Hi! I am paralysed in a wheelchair and had felt the same way, until I recently realised that they have several workouts available for exactly me!!
ok - so I just had a quick check, and there’s an entire category called mobility and recovery, which I imagine would have many less intense workouts.
As with all the categories of workout available, you can use the pull down menu to choose your own needs - be they low impact, or seated, or in a wheelchair (yes, they even separate seated and wheelchair which is fantastic for me because I’ve always been lumped in with seated seniors when in fact I am miles behind them as I’m unable to use the lower half of my body to get in position for any of the supposedly seated exercises haha) *however* aswell as choosing the level of your workout, you can also use the pull down menu to tell them what equipment you’ve got handy or if you’d prefer to just use your body (I myself have the stretchy bands and some light arm weights)
So I suppose I would ask if you know if you are accessing the workouts correctly so that you have the full range to choose from? I’m not very much of a “tech” person so I can’t quite explain how to do it other than what I’ve already mentioned.
[oh, to actually get to these whole range of exercises, workout levels, equipment choices, even preferred length of workout, & much more etc — I press “coach” along the bottom bar from my main screen that we use on the Fitbit app.
If someone from Fitbit could actually reply to this lovely senior & check if they’ve found what they’re looking for, that would really make my day.
Goodluck!! 😊 👋🏻
