Not sure of correct place to enter this but bought an Inspire 2 only 2 months ago in UK, but battery was only lasting 2 days. They decided to issue me with replacement and a refurbed item came. It is not working on either sleep or zone minutes. Get no sense out of consumer helplines. Any ideas - .am thinking of sending all my chats to the top management.
