Received free premium for one year as listed on receipt for purchase of Inspire2. Never asked for premium, did not sign up for it, did not use it. Quit using Inspire after six months. Today received monthly renewal charge for premium, which I never authorized. Fitbit kept my inspire purchase credit card info and used that to renew premium without my approval and they are refusing to refund the charge! Will file Police report for credit card theft if I have to in order to get refund. Fitbit cannot keep credit card info from a device purchase to use a year later for a subscription I never asked for in the first place!
