Hi

I get a 404 error when I try to go to the Premium Page from settings.  Also not had a Weekly progress report since end of May.

Just bought a brand new alta hr and have the same problem.

unable to sync with bluetooth or fitbit app.

hope they will resolve the problem or i'll have to change brand?
