Fitbit Premium Features on Only 1 Device

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

It appears that the Premium features follow a device rather than my login. I get these features, for example Sleep Restoration, on my phone but not on any other device when I login to my account. Why is this?

@JMace A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate the details mentioned.

As long as you're logged into the same Fitbit account in both devices, Fitbit Premium should show in both. Please confirm that the latest Fitbit app is installed on both devices.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hello. Sorry to take so long to get back to this. Life :). I have ensured that I have the latest apps on both my Windows Desktop and my Android tablet - still no Premium features. Any other suggestions?

I'm wondering if I have a duplicate account or something.

Thanks,

John

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt response.

This time, uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my Android tablet did
the trick, but I've had no such luck on my desktop PC.

I contacted Help and chatted with Yuna who told me that these features do
not show up on either the web browser version or the Microsoft Store version
of the app. That's disappointing as I can see much more detail there.

Thanks again,

John

@JMace Thank you for getting back. I'm glad to hear that after uninstalling the app, Premium showed in your Android app.

As mentioned by our Support team, the Fitbit Premium is an in-app feature, meaning this will only appear only on your Android or iOS phone. If you'd like that this could be available on your desktop, vote for this idea, these are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.

Have a good rest of the week.
