I bought a new device and I am unable to use the Fitbit premium free trial. When I try to redeem in app it says I am ineligible for the trial. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it?
Support says it is because I was a Fitbit Premium member in 2020 and returning members are not eligible.
I have considered starting a new account but with all of the integrations from google, I wouldn't be able to use my wallet or google music controls.
