I cancelled my Fitbit Premium Membership subscription in error. My subscription is technically still active until 11/7/2025. I would like to reverse my cancellation of my account and enable it to annually renew on 11/7/2025. I need your assistance in re-instating my membership which I am unable to do on the app. Please help.

I'm sorry but you'll have to use the Live Chat option at the bottom of this page. Most of us here are fellow users and volunteers and cannot reinstate your membership for you. If you use the Live Chat option, you'll be talking to a Fitbit employee who can help you.

As you mentioned, your current subscription will be active until 11/7/2025. It's not possible to reverse the cancellation and you will have to subscribe to Fitbit Premium again, after your current membership expires.
