Fitbit Premium Subscription feedback

I bought the Fitbit-watch through Amazon and automatically got 6 months of Premium.
After expiration, the subscription continued, I never manually subscribed via Google Play.
By changing the service scope (discontinuation of relevant premium services) Fitbit has offered in writing a retroactive cancellation. I submitted this in due time.


Now Fitbit refuses to refund the amount and refers to Google Play.
However, Google Play says that Fitbit is the app manufacturer and also refuses to refund.


This ping pong game with customers is an impertinence.

 

Very disappointing!
